STORE AND ORDER PROCESS
1. What kind of products do Namma Mall sell ?
We sell Aquarium Products, Pet Products, Terrace Gardening Materials, School & Office Stationary Supplies, Fancy Trending Items, Seasonal Products, Kids Toys, Gaming Supplies, etc.,
2. How can I confirm my order has been fulfilled by Namma Mall ?
If your order has been successfully processed, you will first receive an email and SMS from Payment Gateway (PhonePe PG, Razorpay) regarding payment confirmation, followed by an email from Namma Mall regarding your order confirmation. The email could be listed under the Social, Updates, or Promotions mailbox if not on your primary email box.
PAYMENT PROCESS
1. I have received a payment confirmation email from Payment Gateway but not an order confirmation email from Namma Mall ?
Kindly wait for a couple of hours to see if you receive the order confirmation email / SMS. Otherwise, please reach out to us via Whatsapp (+91 88305 56562) or email (nammamalltn@gmail.com) with the details. We will revert back within 24 hours with the details of dispatch or either.
2. Do Namma Mall have a Cash on Delivery option for our purchase ?
No! We currently do not have a COD option on our website. Due to maximum discounts on all products with minimum profit margins, We will be unable to provide COD as we would have to bare additional charges from the 3rd party service providers and that might lead to increase in product prices.
3. Do Namma Mall charge for packaging and what kind of packaging does Namma Mall use ?
We do not charge for packaging. We use Environmental friendly packaging materials except in few cases. We ensure safe and sturdy packaging and promise the product would reach you safely without any damage. In case of any damages to the outer box/package kindly take an unboxing video to support your return request.
4. Do Namma Mall charge for shipping and what is the minimum order value for availing of the free shipping option?
We collect nominal shipping charges levied by our third party service providers. During seasonal discounts and promotional sales we offer free shipping on orders above 1999/-
5. Do we have to pay any charges other than the price mentioned on your website?
No! We do not collect any additional charges. During returns we collect Return Charges and refund the balance amount once the product received in good unused condition as per our return policy.
6. How should I track my failed transactions?
All UPI, Debit Card, Net Banking, and Credit Card transactions at Namma Mall are secured and provided by 3rd party payment gateways approved by RBI and certified by PCI-DSS. If your transaction fails, the amount will not be debited from your account.
7. My payment has been debited from my account but I have not received any confirmation email from neither Payment Gateway nor Namma Mall. What should I do?
All UPI, Debit Card, Net Banking, and Credit Card transactions at Namma Mall are secured. If your payment has been debited from your account and if you have not received any confirmation from the Payment gateway (Razorpay) and Namma Mall. Your amount will be returned to your account within 5 to 7 working days or as per your bank policy. Please reach out to nammamalltn@gmail.com for further queries.
SHIPPING PROCESS
1. How long will Namma Mall take to dispatch the product ?
The products you have ordered will be packed & dispatched within 1-2 working days from the order confirmation date. Tracking details will be notified via email once the product is ready for dispatch. You can then track the order in the portal of the courier company to determine the estimated date of delivery.
2. How long will it take to reach me ?
- TamilNadu - 2 to 3 days (post dispatch)
- Neighboring States - 3 to 4 days (post dispatch)
- Other States - 3 to 7 days (post dispatch)
3. How to track my order ?
Once your order is shipped, you will be notified the courier details through Email. You can then track the order in the portal of the courier company to determine the estimated date of delivery.
You can track the order status from Namma Mall Website as well in Track your order section.
4. Do you ship the products out of India ?
Currently, Namma Mall do not provide international shipping. We are happy to serve all customers in India.
5. How do you process undelivered/failed shipments, do you re-ship automatically?
We will act on the delivery failures based on the comments/feedback received from the delivery team only. If the product has been returned and received in our end we will analyze the reason for the return and possibilities to re-ship after discussing with you on call.
RETURN / REFUND PROCESS
1. I have received an incorrect shipment or a defective product, what should I do?
We assure we would not send different products other than the ordered one. In case of defective product, contact us by dialing +91 88305 56562 only after sending your order details, unboxing video, product images and query in Whatsapp (+91 88305 56562) or email (nammamalltn@gmail.com) within 4 hours from the time of delivery. We will guide you with the replacement process. No returns are encouraged as per our policy.
2. How to track my replacement/refund status?
We will do a quality check of the returned product. Used products or physical damaged products will not be replaced. Upon receiving clearance from our quality team, we will let you know if we can replace or refund you. (*Refer Return Policy). No exchanges on size issues. (*Refer to Terms and Conditions)
ORDER CANCELLATION PROCESS
1. How to cancel my order?
Cancellation of a full or partial order is possible when intimated via Whatsapp (+91 88305 56562) or email (nammamalltn@gmail.com) within 2 hours of placing the order, and only if the order has not been processed.
Under any circumstances, Shipped orders cannot be canceled.
